Profile

Nathan Lauder — Strategic Creative Director

Nathan Lauder is a strategic creative director with over 30 years’ experience leading brand, design and campaign work across agencies, independent business and global consultancy. He works at the intersection of business thinking and creative execution, helping organisations define clearer brand positions and translate them into distinctive, effective and usable creative output.

He has led multidisciplinary teams, built brands from the ground up, developed campaign platforms, delivered large-scale identity systems and worked directly with senior stakeholders to align vision, strategy and execution. His experience spans advertising, independent agency leadership and consultancy, bringing both creative ambition and commercial understanding to the work.

Nathan is known for combining conceptual thinking with practical delivery. He is as comfortable shaping the bigger strategic direction as he is refining the detail of design, tone and implementation. His approach is collaborative, grounded and tailored, with a belief that the best creative work comes from clarity, trust and shared purpose.
